the spacious and comfortable room was equipped with exclusive facilities like a Bose entertainment system and a lavish bathroom with marbled finishing. the attentive service was impeccable, going beyond the expected to make guests feel welcome.
Nonetheless, the hotel staff was accommodating and understanding of our concerns.

We loved the wonderfully spacious room with its walk-in wardrobe and different lighting options. The bath facilities ensured that we had a comfortable experience. The location of the hotel was amazing - it's right next door to a shopping mall in the Central Business West district. We were delighted that the staff spoke English and were very friendly, and we appreciated the quick room change and upgrade when we had an issue.
Nothing not to love! This hotel and its location in this city were just perfect for us.

The hotel is conveniently located near the exhibition Centre and the Central Business West district, with easy access to the Yangtze river park and the subway. the room was spacious and comfortable, with quality furnishings and fittings, while the bathroom was clean. the service was attentive and friendly, and breakfast offered a large selection. the gym and pool were up to standard.
The hotel WiFi was slow and unreliable, which was especially frustrating for business travelers.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. The hotel is located conveniently near public transport and numerous local attractions. The delicious breakfast buffet and large swimming pool were also a great plus.
The slow Wi-Fi was a downside, especially for those needing to work remotely. Additionally, the air pollution in the area was a bit of a nuisance, but the hotel staff was kind enough to offer a sauna that helped alleviate any issues. my holiday at this hotel was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Location is great, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The room is big with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next room. The breakfast is overpriced and not worth the cost.
